Keep the updates that help you and turn off the ones you don’t need. These choices apply to your email address in the selected workspace. Changing your choices does not change a teammate’s preferences.

Test-chat activity does not trigger meeting celebrations or appear in the weekly report. A booking-link interaction is not treated as a verified meeting unless the scheduling provider confirms it.
Setup guidance follows your progress
If you opt in, Darwin focuses on one unfinished step at a time: set up your assistant, verify its installation, try test chat, then enable automatic testing. Steps you have already finished are skipped.- The first reminder arrives no sooner than a day after a step becomes your next task.
- If it is still unfinished, a practical follow-up arrives three days after the first email. A final offer of help follows four days later.
- After three messages for that step, reminders stop. Finishing it unlocks guidance for the next unfinished step, with at least three days between guidance emails.
- Darwin checks your progress again just before sending. Completing a step cancels its remaining reminders, including queued ones.
