| Recorded meeting | A booking outcome recorded against a conversation. |
| Billable booking | A verified, Darwin-attributed booking accepted into the usage ledger. |
| Included booking | A booking covered by a plan allowance instead of an overage charge. |
| Optimized page | A page counted within the workspace’s optimization allowance. |
| Private review / mock preview | A setup or testing state that does not prove production activation is complete. |
