Darwin can run opening experiments automatically. Your team still owns accurate source information, a working calendar, and the website where the chat runs.

After your first day live

Read several conversations. Verify that answers match your product and that a completed booking appears where expected. Check desktop and mobile placement on your busiest pages.

Weekly

  • Review Overview for follow-up requests and test decisions.
  • Read a sample of conversations, especially unknown answers and requests for a person.
  • Check Experiments for a working schedule, paused tests, and waiting approvals.
  • Review Plan & usage for the current allowance and recorded usage.

When your product or website changes

Repeat your five-question assistant test after meaningful changes.

Remove Darwin from a website

Remove the script from the site-wide template, builder, and any tag manager that injects it. Publish and verify the public page. If you are retiring a hostname, remove its allowance in Installation too. Removing the embed does not cancel the subscription. Manage renewal separately in Plan & usage. Turning off the opening card only hides the teaser; it is not a complete uninstall.
