Use Log in in the Darwin website header or footer, or open app.meetdarwin.ai/login. Use the email address associated with your account.

Continue with Google

Choose Continue with Google, select your Google account, and return to Darwin in the same browser. Darwin requests your basic profile and email address; signing in does not connect your calendar or Gmail. If you started from a pricing plan, Darwin keeps that selection through sign-in and takes you to card setup. Existing activated accounts return to their workspace.
Google sign-in is currently in private testing. Only approved test users can use it. Email and password sign-in remains available for existing accounts.
If the sign-in attempt expires or you cancel Google’s prompt, start again from the login page. Avoid opening the callback link in another browser: it is tied to the browser where you started.

Reset a forgotten password

Request a reset

Select Forgot password? on the login screen and enter your account email.

Open the newest message

Find the Darwin password-reset email, follow the link, and continue on the account page. Request a new message if the link has expired or already been used.

Choose a new password

Complete the reset form. Sign in with the new password; the previous one will no longer work.

If verification is incomplete

Use Resend verification email and complete the newest link. Check spam and make sure you entered the intended email address. A confirmation message may be deliberately generic; it should not be used to determine whether another person has an account.

Workspace access

A successful login does not grant access to every workspace. If an invitation fails, confirm that you are signed in with its invited email and that the seven-day link has not expired. Ask the owner for a fresh invitation when needed. Use the account menu to sign out on shared devices. Do not forward verification links, reset links, invitation links, or session information in public screenshots. Give teammates their own accounts and roles instead of sharing a password.
