| What you see | What it usually means | Next step |

| Manual mode | Automatic checks are not connected. | Review Automation’s schedule state. A switch alone does not connect a scheduler. |
| Gathering traffic | The page has not reached normal eligibility. | Wait for real traffic; confirm the widget is recording visits. |
| Ready to test, no new test | Launch permission, capacity, or the next scheduled check may be the limiting factor. | Review automatic launch, concurrent tests, and the run log. |
| Paused | The experiment was paused. | Review the reason and use Resume when appropriate. |
| A selected winner is waiting | Automatic promotion may be off. | Review the result and use Apply winner if you want it published. |
| Confidence or lift is blank | There is not enough evidence on both sides. | Allow more exposure and outcomes. Do not interpret the blank as a zero. |
| No more pages can be optimized | The workspace may have reached its plan allowance. | Check Plan & usage and page coverage. |
| A run failed | A source, model, service, or validation step did not finish. | Read the run’s notes and report the specific error. |
