Find it in Darwin Settings → General Open this screen ↗
A workspace is the organization you are configuring. It has its own members, assistant settings, knowledge, experiments, conversations, installation key, and billing account.
Switch before you edit
Use the Workspace selector in the sidebar. Check the workspace name before changing settings or copying an embed. A snippet from another workspace can load the wrong assistant or fail the domain check. Your account may belong to multiple workspaces. Being an owner in one does not automatically give you the same permissions in another.Update the organization name
Open Settings → General, edit the name, and save. This changes the workspace name in the app; the visitor-facing assistant name is controlled separately in Identity & behavior.Create another workspace
Use Create another workspace in General when available. The new workspace needs its own setup and billing review. Do not assume it inherits another workspace’s knowledge, domain permissions, payment details, or meeting allowance. To reuse a visual design, export and import an appearance theme. To grant access, create an invitation. If another tab was left open in a different workspace, refresh it after switching. Darwin rejects changes made against a stale workspace context rather than silently applying them to the wrong organization.
