Find it in Darwin Settings → Plan & usage Open this screen ↗
Darwin bills for verified, Darwin-attributed meetings booked. It does not wait for a meeting to be held. Opening chat, clicking a scheduling link, or leaving an email address does not by itself create a billable booking.

How a booking affects your bill

  1. A verified booking is attributed to your workspace and conversation.
  2. Darwin applies an available included booking.
  3. Once the allowance is used, later eligible bookings use your plan’s per-booking rate.
  4. Usage is reported for billing. Processing can take time, so invoice updates may lag the on-screen ledger.
The same verified provider booking is not counted again just because its event is delivered more than once.

Examples

For annual plans, the annual base is paid upfront. Monthly usage invoices cover overages after that month’s included allowance; the monthly-equivalent base price is for comparison, not a second monthly subscription charge.

Check a discrepancy

Compare the active workspace, billing-cycle dates, included allowance, and recent verified usage. Analytics and the inbox show recorded conversation outcomes; the billing ledger requires verified booking attribution. Do not assume a cancellation or no-show automatically reverses usage: billing is based on the booking event, and the current self-service flow does not promise automatic cancellation credits. Ask for a review when an entry looks wrong.
