# Check readiness before going live

> Confirm knowledge, booking, installation, and automation are ready for visitors.

Finishing setup and making a public assistant available are separate steps. The app’s readiness messages tell you which stage your workspace has reached.

## Account and workspace

* [ ] Email verified; the intended workspace is selected.
* [ ] Plan and payment setup completed.
* [ ] Team members have the correct access.
* [ ] The app is not showing a mock, test-only, or activation-unavailable state.

## Visitor experience

* [ ] Current product and pricing pages are readable in Knowledge.
* [ ] Business context and guardrails match what you sell today.
* [ ] The opening, full chat, and booking states look right on desktop and mobile.
* [ ] A private conversation passed your accuracy and tone checks.
* [ ] The scheduling page works for a signed-out visitor.
* [ ] A completed test appointment is recorded correctly by the provider and Darwin.

## Website and automation

* [ ] The public hostname is allowed and has one correct embed.
* [ ] The launcher and opening appear on the intended pages.
* [ ] Your excluded pages behave as expected.
* [ ] You understand the automatic-launch and automatic-promotion settings.
* [ ] The Experiments page shows the actual scheduler state.

<Warning>If Darwin says live activation is unavailable, do not treat completed setup as a public launch. Required live services still need to be enabled and verified.</Warning>
