# Get a problem resolved

> Collect the details that make an issue easy to reproduce.

Start with the guide that matches the symptom:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Chat not appearing" icon="message-circle" href="/help/widget-not-showing">Check the domain, embed, visibility rules, and activation state.</Card>
  <Card title="An answer is wrong" icon="book-open" href="/help/improve-answers">Check readable source content, instructions, and the original question.</Card>
  <Card title="A meeting is missing" icon="calendar" href="/help/booking-troubleshooting">Separate the scheduling provider from tracking and billable usage.</Card>
  <Card title="Testing has stopped" icon="flask-conical" href="/help/experiments-not-running">Check traffic, permissions, capacity, and recent automation runs.</Card>
</CardGroup>

## What to include when you contact Darwin

Use your existing Darwin onboarding or support contact and include:

* The workspace name and the screen where the problem occurs.
* The public page URL, if the problem is on your website.
* What you expected and what actually happened.
* The exact error text and approximate time, including time zone.
* The smallest steps needed to reproduce it.
* A screenshot with unrelated personal or visitor information removed.

For a booking issue, include the conversation and provider booking references privately. For billing, include the invoice reference and the relevant billing period.

Do not send passwords, authentication links, card numbers, API keys, or browser session data. Do not publish a customer’s full transcript just to report a UI issue.

## Availability and missing controls

Some controls depend on your workspace role, plan, activation state, and connected services. A view-only member cannot change settings; only an owner can manage membership and billing. A test or private-review workspace is not a live customer deployment.

The current self-service guides cover the controls in the app today. They do not assume an unconfigured CRM sync, a public developer API, or an MCP connection exists simply because it appeared in an earlier product concept.
