# Tell the rep in Slack when a prospect opens their link

> Post to Slack the moment a prospect opens their Darwin personal link, with the personal_link.opened webhook.

Post to Slack the moment someone opens their personal link, whether or not they chat, so the rep can follow up while they're on the site.

**You need:** the Slack function from [Send handoffs to Slack](https://docs.meetdarwin.ai/guides/slack-handoffs.md), subscribed to `personal_link.opened` instead.

Darwin sends one `personal_link.opened` per browser and link within 12 hours, so a prospect clicking through three pages is one message. Clicks from your team and test browsers never send it. With Zapier, use the **Personal Link Opened** trigger and pick one link to hear about only that campaign.
