# Run client workspaces on Agency

> The Agency page: create up to 200 client workspaces, share one pool of credits across them, read the per-client report and export it as CSV, and detach a client. Agency plan only.

<div className="darwin-location"><strong>Find it in Darwin</strong> Sidebar → Agency <a href="https://app.meetdarwin.ai/admin/agency">Open this screen ↗</a></div>

On the Agency plan, your agency's workspace pays for up to 200 client workspaces. Each client gets its own agent, knowledge, team and conversations, and every workspace draws on one pool of credits, billed to you on one invoice.

## Who sees what

| Person | What they see |
| - | - |
| Owners of the agency workspace | The **Agency** page and Billing. They create and detach client workspaces and change the add-on. |
| Admins of the agency workspace | The **Agency** page: the pool, the report and the CSV. |
| People who belong only to a client workspace | Their own workspace. The sidebar says the agent is live, such as **Ava is live**, and Billing says **Billed through** your agency. They never see the pool, credits for other workspaces or any prices. |

<Steps>
  <Step title="Move to Agency">
    In your agency's own workspace, open **Billing** and scroll to **Plans**. On the Agency card, pick the pool's credits each month in the menu under the price: 25, 50, 75, 125, 275 or 525. The price and the \*\*Extra credits $25 each** line change with your choice. For more, pick **More credits? Talk to us**: the button becomes **Book a demo**, to talk to us about [Enterprise](/account/plans#enterprise). Then select **Choose Agency**. Agency is $799 a month, or \$7,990 a year, with 25 credits a month for the whole pool; more credits come as an add-on. See [Change your plan](/account/manage-billing#change-your-plan).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Agency page">
    Select **Agency** in the sidebar. **Pooled credits** shows this month's dates, how many credits all your workspaces used of the pool, and what's left, or how many over. The chips say where the pool came from (**Plan**, **Add-on**, **Rolled over** and **Free credits**), and the line under them splits it into meetings and requests.

    **Change add-on** adds credits to the pool and lowers the price of each extra credit. Agency can take every add-on, up to **+500 credits**. See [How credit add-ons work](/account/plans#how-credit-add-ons-work).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a client workspace">
    Select **Create client workspace** at the top right. With **New workspace** selected, type the **Workspace name** and the client's **Website**, then select **Create client workspace**. Darwin creates the workspace, billed through your agency from its pooled credits, makes you its owner and opens its setup, starting to read the website. See [Get started](/getting-started).

    To give the client's team a login, open **Team** inside their workspace and invite them. See [Invite your team](/account/team).

    To bring a workspace you already own into the pool, pick **One you own**, choose it under **Workspace** and select **Bill through** followed by your agency's name. **One you own** appears when you own a workspace that pays for itself, with no subscription and no clients of its own.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the report">
    **Workspaces** lists every workspace in the pool, your own marked **Yours**:

    * **Status**: **Live**, **Paused**, **Setting up** before its agent goes live, or **Detached**.
    * **Credits**: what the workspace used this month.
    * **Meetings** and **Requests**: how many it had.
    * **Share of pool**: its part of all the credits used this month.
    * **Open** switches to that workspace.

    **Total** at the bottom adds up every workspace. Pick a past month in the billing period menu at the top right, and use **Search workspaces** to find one client.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Export the report">
    Select **Export CSV**. The file has one row per workspace for the month you picked: its credits and share of the pool, and how many meetings and requests it had.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Detach a client workspace

In **Workspaces**, open the **⋯** menu at the end of the client's row, select **Detach from** followed by your agency's name, and confirm with **Detach**.

Detaching stops you paying for the workspace. It moves to the Free plan with no free credits, so it needs its own card to keep booking: Darwin pauses on the client's website until someone there adds a card or chooses a plan. The workspace keeps its agent, conversations and team, its usage so far stays on your report, and its row shows **Detached**. Agency features, such as more than one qualifying question on a form, lock on Free.

## Good to know

* Credit alerts for the pool at 80%, 100% and the first extra credit go to the agency's owners only.
* To leave Agency, detach your client workspaces first. A move to a smaller plan, or a cancellation, isn't possible while any are in the pool, and new clients can't be added while one is waiting for renewal.
* A pool can hold up to 200 client workspaces. At the limit, **Create client workspace** says **This Agency has reached its client workspace limit. Contact Darwin for more.** [Contact us](/help/contact) if you need more.
* Each client workspace has its own chat API allowance of 2,500 sessions a month, and its pages are re-read every week, as on every plan.
* In the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar, client workspaces are listed under your agency, with a search box.
* Free credits Darwin adds to a client workspace, for example from a promotion, go into the pool.
